Dr. Seidenberg was horribly aggressive in trying to convince me to get vaccinated and criticized my decision to remain unvaxxed. 6 months later, I returned for my check up visit and was informed Dr. Seidenberg only treats the vaccinated. I left the office without receiving ANY treatment. The office billed Medicare for "eye and medical examination for diagnosis and treatment - $150! I never saw him, he provided NO service, yet billed Medicare!

Not good. When my eye problem got worse, he became nasty & arrogant asking me who my therapist was. I left the office very upset & in tears.

Dr Seidenberg, deeply experienced in treating eye problems, created my trust and security. Competent, caring auxiliary staff reinforced it. The friendly and well trained office staff operate a smooth routine. Together they provided me an appreciated experience with excellent results.

Today I waited over an hour for an exam that I'd hoped would remedy an 8-month-long problem. After the exam, Seidenberg told me the problem was related to hazing that had formed since my cataract surgery with him. He said it could be corrected with laser surgery. He then said he would rather not be the one to perform the surgery. "You're not happy with me," he said. "Things aren't going well between us. You're intimidating me." I walked out. I'd had enough of his practice. Such arrogance!

We had eye surgery scheduled for well over 6 weeks, did all pre testing, blood work, eye measurements. Then the doctor cancelled without giving us a good reason. I'm not sure what's going on with this practice, but steer clear of it. Very disappointment at the way the staff treats patients. The staff is very disorganized with making and setting appointments.
