Amazing Quality Care
Just had my left eye cataract removed. The right eye two weeks ago, both went perfectly! Could not be happier with Dr Dyer and their entire staff... also St Francis staff were amazing! My sincere thanks to everyone!

displays unprofessionalism
during my two cataract surgeries i followed up with concerns to office management as they deny the truth. the first surgery i received a med i'd notified them i had reactions to. i was restrained by my arms, and told if i fidget i'll lose my eye. having a gut instinct i recorded my second surgery where dyer and other staff make inappropriate, derogatory, and very hurtful comments about me and my care. this form is too short. patient beware. my name searched on youtube has the full unedited audio. bare with the unimportant content i didn't feel right making edits.

Cataract and diabetic treatment
My cataract surgeries were pain free and gave me excellent driving vision. She treated my astigmatism with a laser which gave me perfect distance vision. She has treated my diabetic retinopathy for seven years and has saved my vision and improved the health of my eyes. She truly has my best eye health as her priority

I will give Dr. Dyer all of her Staff 5 STARS!!!!
Dr. Dyer done surgery on both eyes and done a great job in all respects. Her complete staff in the office and the hospital was all very caring friendly. In the hospital they informed you about everything they was doing and made you as comfortable as possible. Dr. Dyer and her staff came highly recommended by my customer /friend/ Dr. of 40 years.

Very disappointed. Like others have said she spent very little time with me and didn’t offer any explanations. They don’t sell glasses there anymore but wouldn’t provide me with the information I needed to order glasses. Am I not legally entitled to the information in my file? I’m so mad I’ll be consulting a lawyer.

Dr. Dyer did an extremely quick exam. I spent more time with her assistant. He was very friendly. She didn’t want to explore much, gave me samples, and said come back in a year. I didn’t know this practice does not provide prescriptions (even though a full vision exam is done). Probably won’t go back.

Terrible Never I would never recommend her. I’ve been to a lot of doctors, never as. Rude, hurtful, uncaring ?? I moved from another city, had the nicest, gentle, professional doctor , She is in the wrong profession ?? Our eyes are very scared, they need to be treated with care, she does not have that??

I waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes past my appointment time. When the doctor came in she had 3 other people with her that she didn’t bother to explain. She didn’t ask me any upfront questions as to why I was there she just jumped right in telling me that she couldn’t help me with my droopy eyelids because it would leave a big scar and not help me cosmetically. The reason I was there was not for cosmetic reasons. I was hoping to get my peripheral vision restored. Will not recommend this place!!!

Dr. Dyer has a 12:45pm appointment available on her schedule, which is the one I chose every time. However, I watched her calmly walk in from lunch, through the waiting room, at 1:30pm, or later, every single time. That is rude and a total disregard for her patient's time. I also found out that she was giving me eye injections through a good deal of scar tissue that needed to be removed in order for the medication to reach the needed area. That was learned at my 1st appt with a new doctor.

Great doctor. Extremely overpriced. Billing has been an ongoing nightmare. Cannot recommend this group, sadly, though I REALLY liked this doctor.

I've been seeing Dr. Dyer for 3 years and she definitely has my trust and confidence. I have MS and she watches me very carefully. Dr. Dyer doesn't sugar coat anything, she tells it like it is. That's what I look for in a Physician because with all of my health issues, I would like to know what's going on. I would highly recommend Dr. Dyer to my friends and family!

When I canceled my follow-up I wrote " I was going to request that you switch me to another doctor anyway. I felt Dr. Dyer treated me pretty shabbily, was condescending, and rude on my one appointment with her. She acted like I was a waste of her precious time. There was absolutely no warmth or human contact in our interchange. I left your building angry and upset by the snottiness that I had endured." In 50+ years I have never had a more miserable experience with a doctor of any type.

I liked Dr Dyer. The accounting department was another matter. Because my insurance company won't tell that I have an HRA, they did their job and collected money up front. However, I had trouble getting my money reimbursed to me after the insurance company had also paid the Dr's office. It took over a month and a couple of phone calls. This is the 2nd year this has happened. I like the Dr.
