Dr. Kelli Heinrich, MD

She is very clinical and pushes birth control even though I initially told her no. No compassion from her and lack of empathy. Thank goodness I found another doctor because Kelli is terrible.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Kelli Heinrich. She was verbally argumentative and unnecessarily aggressive during my appointment, even going so far as to yell at me for expressing sadness. This behavior felt unprofessional and dismissive.Additionally, she refused to refill a prescription for a medication that requires timely refills to avoid severe withdrawal symptoms. Despite knowing the risks, she still denied me even a temporary supply to bridge the gap until my follow-up appointment on February 12th, essentially leaving me to suffer for 12 days unnecessarily.Dr. Heinrich also failed to follow through on her promise to contact my previous providers for records, even though I completed four release of information forms over a month ago. Now I’m being told it’s my responsibility to follow up, even though I’m already in a stressful situation running low on my medication.I cannot recommend Dr. Heinrich to anyone. If you value compassionate care seek elsewhere.
