She came in the room and rushed through the appt. I was unable to discuss everything I needed to talk to her about even though I had asked for a longer appointment. The dictation notes were not quite accurate either.

I recommend Dr. Kelli to everyone! She listens to her patients and gets them the things they really need. She never makes me feel uncomfortable about my issues and always goes above and beyond!

All in all both the nurse and the physician demonstrated genuine interest in my concerns. However when recommending treatments there was no discussions around costs to ME. Medicare though decent isn't what it used to be. And with all the structural upgrades to the hospital facilities I am seeing $$ signs that may be "hidden costs" I don't want to incur.

Dr Kelli very clearly cares about her patients and it shows in every interaction I've had. She is responsive over the portal. I have not really ever felt "safe" with a PCP, or felt heard or seen in the way I do with Dr. Kelli. She understands my worry, she understands where my emotions are at, and offers solutions. Not just bandaids. She is someone I hope I can continue seeing for a long time as my PCP. I can honestly say I feel safe with her. Which means more to me than just the exceptional care I get at GRH. She is not afraid to go the extra mile to make sure her patients are cared for.
