Dr. Kelly England, MD

Our son has been going to Dr. England since he was born (aged 2). We mostly find her to be dismissive and impersonal. Every visit feels like she’s rushing us out. The rest of the staff are not memorable either. It’s usually difficult to make a timely appointment. The building also feels a bit run-down. We are considering switching doctors.

I have been going to Kelly England for over 9 years with both my children since they were born. She was always on the colder side, not very personable. Her dismissive demeaner was never an issue until my oldest had stomach issues. I went to the ER twice and called several times to speak to her and was dismissed and told to go to ER. I tried to call and ask questions about the medicine that was prescribed by ER and she refused to provide any support since she didnt prescribe them. I also was told by ER to follow up with her after visit, i tried to schedule a follow up with her and she called and asked why am i coming in if hes already been treated . she made it very clear she was not interested in seeing him. I spend tons of ER copay and Urgent Care copay when it was a simple thing that she could of diagnosed.

My kids have been going to DR England their entire lives. My daughter who is now a teen recently was diagnosed with severe depression and anxiety. And yet Dr England refused to refill the antidepressants she was prescribed in a mental health facility. She doesn’t care that my daughter needs this medication because her brain doesn’t make serotonin. I am shocked and hurt by her lack of concern or what this will do to my daughter. Her office even told us to switch to a family practice. After 15 years of going here. We will never set foot in that office again. I would not recommend her to anyone.

I took my kid here for a couple of years. I voiced my concerns several times!!! My concerns were always brushed off and labeled as normal for age! I switched peds and my kid has been in therapy since then for a serious eating disorder that could have been tackled earlier. She was always nice, but never listened to me nor diagnosed accurately.

Avoid at all costs. Unprofessional, extremely difficult to work with and far too expensive in relation to the mediocre care given.

I took my youngest here and will not be coming back. Inconsiderate and treated like an inconvenience; Front desk women complained about children within earshot of parents and sent a mother and daughter outside because the daughter was crying due to pain.

I love doctor England, she has taken great care of both my children but she has a staff member who is rude and horribly inconsiderate. Robotic on the phone and act as if we're inconveniencing her by calling their office for appointment. Short and met with attitude the moment she answered the call. Parents often call when worried about their child and likely the parents haven't slept due to the sick child, you shouldn't have staff that cannot be kind and patient for the duration of a 5 minute phone call. Strongly debating switching just because of staff. Which is unfortunate because doctor England is wonderful.

She is an excellent doctor.
