If I Could Leave Zero Stars, I Would
I have been seeing this doctor several years. Beware, folks, this doctor does not care about his patients. He does not follow up, does not recall any details about me. I pushed to get a hernia addressed, and he finally sent a referral. During my post-surgery visit with Dr. Felps, he didn't recall referring me to a surgeon. Every month, without fail, I have problems getting my diabetes med refilled. His office does not respond to pharmacy calls. I called today at 3:30, and even the front desk does not pick up. You can't talk to a human many times. A few months ago, I was so frustrated I had my wife call about my prescription. She was told by the medical assistant that she could not give my wife the office manager's name. 'It's against office policy,' she told my wife and hung up on her. I used an at-home colonoscopy test in 2023 that Felps had no record of. He put in a new order that was denied because it was too soon. I could go on. Run, don't walk!
