I scheduled a consult with Dr. Williams and during the weeks I was waiting to actually be seen, I was contacted three separate times to have the appointment rescheduled. It just got ridiculous, patients have busy schedules too.

Dr Williams is awesome. She had detected some anomalies and escalated additional tests. She eventually performed the surgery I needed with the highest level of care and professionalism.

Dr. Kelly Williams is an amazing physician. I became her patient somewhat accidentally after a horrible experience with another doctor at this office. I feel like she really takes care of me and answers all my questions and concerns, no matter how anxiety-fueled they are. She was thoughtful and takes time to listen to me and gives me lots of time to ask questions. Other doctors I have seen are quick to diagnose and leave, without even saying goodbye. She asks me whats wrong, how I feel, she diagnoses me, educates me and then lets me ask questions. I was really upset to hear she was leaving. I wanted to follow her, but of course, PIH was not telling me where she was leaving to. If anyone knows, please post it! After having her as my doctor, I do not want anyone else.

Had multiple doctors and she was not my primary obgyn. I had seen her a couple of times due to my schedule. I will just say she is not the warmest doctor. She made me feel like I was taking up her time. I had a high risk pregnancy. I thought she was rather rude and I would never go to her ever again by choice! Happy to hear she is leaving.

Dr Williams is very thorough and attentively listens to you questions and concerns.

Dr. William is a great doctor. She is patient and spent the time to go over procedure with you. Does not force you to make a decision but let you understand the choices and it's importance. She is easy to talk to and personable. Yet skillful and professional. She kept her word and took care of my stitch as promised. She is worth the wait to have her look after.
