Staff is No reflection on Dr Able's Great Work
Dr Able is Lovely very professional and experienced however, the people who make her appointments need A Lot of work seriously. I called to inform the lady that answered I had Bright Red Blood shooting out my rectum this morning followed by diarrhea overnight. She stated Dr Able did not have any appointments until April and If I wanted to be seen to day there was availability with another Dr at the Liberty office. Yeah I know Right. So I stated that at this moment based on the information and pics I have can someone speak with the Dr and have some tests ordered to determine What is happening internally and have the Dr review the results and go from there. Finally she stated she would relay my message to the nurses Rather than trying to put me in immediate contact with one of them. So unfortunately I am sitting here waiting for a call back. Hopefully I get one Soon!

I saw Dr. Able for the first time last week and immediately felt safe and secure with her. She is easy to talk to. I felt she listened to me and was very well equipped to answer all questions. Eager to find what is wrong if anything as well. I moved here a little over a year ago so I did not really have a gastronomic doctor until that day. I hope to have a long dr. Patient relationship for a long time to come.

Her practice is the problem. I was an existing patient, returning for another colonoscopy. I called to make a 3-year follow up appointment and they wouldn’t make the appointment saying it was too far out—it was 2-3 months before the 3 year anniversary. They said they’d call me in a month and did not. I called to make an appointment and after 45 minutes on hold I left a message. They say leave a message but don’t call back repeatedly, we’ll call you. They didn’t. Then I had blood in my stool and called to ask if I should come in sooner. Left a message—no call back. Finally got someone on the phone told her the problem. She said she’d call me back that afternoon or first thing the next day. She didn’t. I cancelled my appointment and went to another doctor. They need more or better staff.
