Terrible new inexperienced and uncaring doctor!
It seems after reading other reviews I'm not alone in how I feel about Dr. Kelsey Delsalvo. I have Graves disease and have been taking medication as treatment along with getting routine simple bloodwork to confirm that the medication is working and hormone levels stay healthy. Dr. Delsalvo has refused to allow me to get necessary bloodwork when requested. I feel I as a patient should have the right to get a simple blood test as I routinely have in the past. So far there's been no attempt by Dr. Delsalvo to discuss the reasons for my request. When trying to discuss my concerns with one of Dr. Delsalvo's assistants they seemed rude and suggested to me that I find another doctor, which would further delay my care and getting an important yet simple blood test. I feel no compassion or respect from Dr. Delsalvo or her staff. Another issue was being told to come in for an appointment when bloodwork results are good and I didn't have symptoms can't see any reason other than to get more money.

Her ego is bigger than her care
I went with my closed relative to her office a few times, because the case of my relative was a little complicated. During those visits , Dr. Desalvo was very impatient with our questions and concerns. It almost felt like she was annoyed by them. I am heartbroken for my loved one who is suffering, hoping to get some reinsurance and comfort, though grave disease is not life threatening, but still a disease that affects normal life, but Dr. Desalvo has shown no compassion no kindness no caring in her mannerism. She made us feel it was our fault my relative is not getting better, didn’t respond to the medication she prescribed. It just feels yuck every visit. She is the worst possible doctor if you are looking for answers and help. Pray you will be the easy case , otherwise, it is your own fault for being sick.

Best Endocrinologist I've seen.
I've seen several Endocrinologists over the last 25 years and Dr. DeSalvo is the best. With her guidance, my numbers are the best they've been since I was diagnosed, almost 30 years ago. I am an active participant in my treatment and she listnes to me and advises on what I can do to improve. When I see things or she says things I don't understand, I speak up and ask for moreinformation until I'm satisfied that I understand the situation. She always takes the time to explain until I understand. Her knowledge is awsome and has helped me do better at owning my diabetes. Her staff has always been professional. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes, unless I'm the one that is late for an appointment.

First this doctors office was called to set up an appt with the order sent in they rejected it then they booked the appt and this doctor was the worst experience ever. Don't go to see this doctor and if you do she will probably give you bad advice.
