Dr. Yamada is the most arrogant & condescending physician we have ever dealt with! He doesn't let you speak or explain your child's symptoms, or take time to understand what is actually happening. He showed no compassion to my 10 year old son or his condition. He prescribed 10 days worth of medication to my son then his office wouldn't schedule an appointment for another month.

Thought he was very thorough and thoughtful. He took a lot of time to understand and discuss my situation. In this age of short in and out visits with doctors due to insurance requirements I really appreciated how much time he took with me. Must have been in the room with me for 40 minutes just discussing my situation and trying to find the right solution. I was very happy with the end result to, I think he helped improve my situation.

Terrible bedside manner, arrogant, and don't EVEN think about trying to speak about anything to this doctor, he does ALL talking. 2 of the 3 receptionists thought they were too good to say hello, this is at the Summersweet location.

Wonderful doctor. He was able to identify and treat my neuromuscular sleep disorder. Exceptionally accommodating and professional. I travel from Michigan to see Dr. Yamada.

I had him perform a sleep study on me to find out why I'm having night terrors. Unfortunately, I did not have an episode during the study so he wasn't able to find anything wrong. The medicines aren't working. Every time I call his office to get help, I always have to leave a voicemail and then no one ever returns my calls! I have to call several times, each time more demanding than the last just to get help weeks later. Never in my life have I ever had a doctor do this!
