Dr. Kenneth Berliner, MD

Me and my wife involved in a horrific wreck. Hit from behind at over 100 miles an hour, left the freeway at 25 ft. In the air. Both my wife and I had to have neck and back surgery. Berliner came heavily recommended, I went in on a Wednesday for my first back surgery ever, I walked after surgery to deal with the buissness office saying I needed to pay them. After I left the office I slowly began to feel weak. We made it back to my room as the whole right side from my waist down went weak. I contacted my Dr and Berliner came and argued with me that my surgery had been performed perfectly until finally reluctantly he examined me by pushing my foot down and told me to pull it back up to the starting point and I told him that I was trying and it wouldn't move. He ordered an mri and it showed a bone chip on my sciatic nerve , and on Friday, two days after my first back surgery I had my second. There is more but at the end I wasn't wanted in the waiting room so I wouldn't talk to others.

Dr. Berliner repaired a painful shoulder injury and helped me on the road to recovery. He communicates fully and is understandable. His colleagues and staff are equally great. I highly recommend him!

I’ve had these shots (local anesthesia only) before by another health care provider. Long story short, my chest started to feel like I was literally on fire. Therefore, I was frightened to do the shots again with local anesthesia only bc of my previous experience. Dr. Berliner talked me through everything he was doing, relieving my fear of the unknown. Not only that but I absolutely did not feel a burning sensation. Dr. Berliner was quite gentle and precise! I’m very thankful to God for health care professionals like Dr. Berliner.

Dr Berliner was recommended to me and I'm so grateful. I appreciate the care I was given at the Lone Star Orthopedic facility and the people involved were all caring and thoughtful. I especially appreciated Dr. Berliner's expertise. He clearly loves what he's doing and does it with great knowledge and skill. I would return there in the future if this were an option. Always felt like the explanations were thorough and concise.

Usually I see Dr. Salazar, who is beyond wonderful and knowledgeable. If and when I choose, I could see Dr. Berliner. I have been going a few years and proudly tell other they are my doctors. Will have to get surgery within the next year, been putting it off, but I only trust Dr. Berliner to do it of the numerous Docs I could of chosen to go to.

Dr. Berliner has proven himself to be excellent as it pertains to bone and joint issues. His vast knowledge, along with his attention to detail, create a comfort level that makes me as a patient, confident of his skills and abilities, and he always delivers! I highly recommend Dr Berliner for your next joint procedure. You will come away feeing better and very satisfied.

After 10 years of constant suffering with back pain that was not alleviated with numerous treatments, I was left with surgery as my last option. I saw Dr. Berliner who performed a lumbar laminectomy which took nearly 3 hours to complete. I am now 80% better, but my surgeon told me upfront that he could not restore me 100% because the damage was extensive. Overall I am very happy with the surgery performed by Dr. Berliner and recommend him without reservations. Physical therapy is also beneficial

Dr. Berliner did my neck surgery two years ago, and even to this day I have absolutely no problems. His staff and him are the best. Thank you for being a wonderful surgeon.
