Dr. Kenneth Blank, MD

I've been seeing him for over 30 years, beginning with my pregnancy and childbirth. He is unfailingly caring, kind, patient, and expertly knowledgeable. He even follows up with me personally after tests, to be sure I understand the results and to answer questions. He asks about my family. I've brought many very sensitive issues to him related to menopause, sexuality, etc, and he is both a wise counselor and great physician. He is the most wonderful professional I've ever seen, and I'll miss him terribly when he inevitably retires someday. There's simply no better doctor in this world than Ken Blank. So grateful for this man.

I have seen several gynecologists in my life, and most of them I would rate as so-so to poor. I think because it is a sensitive subject, you just need a sensitive doctor. Dr. Blank is so kind and patient and understanding!

Dr. Blank is a dream of a doctor, one I've had the pleasure of seeing for over 15 years. There is no person as empathetic and non-judgemental as Dr. Blank. Plus, he's an amazing doctor. There is nothing else I could ask for in a physician. If you can get in to see him, you are lucky.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Blank’s for over 10 years. He’s always been empathetic, a good listener, and very knowledgeable. During that time, I’ve had a few medical issues and he always calls me promptly, communicates via e-mail, and has steered me toward excellent specialists. Would recommend!

Dr. Blank is a great doctor! I moved to MD but continue coming in to DC because of him. He doesn't rush through appointments, asks a lot of questions, and shows genuine care and concern for my health. I would highly recommend him.

He's great! The person before me sums it up well: "He’s caring, knowledgeable, explains clearly, answers all questions, and gives the best care possible." I'm always sending him emails, and he's so responsive. Very quick with prescription refills as well as answers to quick questions. Always so respectful, explains procedures to you, gives you the time to ask anything you need to, etc. He's friendly and attentive while still being efficient--been seeing him for a couple years, and I don't think I've ever had a long wait. Recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Blank is the BEST there is! He has been my doctor for over fifteen years and has always been extremely caring and at the same time reassuring with all his knowledge and experience.

Dr. Blank is the best ob-gyn I have ever visited. He really treats all of his patients as he would like his own family members to be treated. He's also with the times -- he has, on several occasions, answered some pressing questions for me via email. With my previous doctors, it was hard to even get someone in the office on the phone! Dr. Blank is so awesome that while I live in Virginia, I will probably drive into DC when we have a baby just so he can remain my doctor!
