Horrible Bedside Manners, No correct communication
Dr. Had no patients with my 82 year old dad who has a urinary catheter for the past 6 month. He stated that he was going to increase the dosage of med and scan the pelvic area to see if the prostate has went down for the flow of urine. Upon visiting, he never scanned it, nor did he put his hand on my dad to touch his pelvic area. When the nurses took the catheter out, and we went home to see if my dad would urine on his own, in which he didn't, the doctor told the home health nurse... 'oh well, he will just have it for the rest of his life, I will see him again next year.' Never spoke with family about his nor as what we want to do... surgery is definitely and option, but not with this doctor... we will not see him again...

He is my urologist and caught my cancer quick. I was dead set on not having surgery, and he did recommend a robotic prostatectomy, but wasn't push and instead referred me to a radiologist. The radiologist, Dr. Wood, was very informative and basically said I was too young to risk the long term side effects of radiation and that I should have the surgery. I called Dr. Blue back and he was relieved and got me cancer free and functioning back to normal in no time. I highly recommend Dr. Blue.

Very upset over the fatal error Dr Blue made when prescribing my grandmother an antibiotic for a UTI. He did not take the time to read her chart and failed to pay attention to her medical diagnosis listed in the records before calling in medication. The result of his carelessness could end tragically for my grandmother. Her kidneys were severely damaged by the antibiotic and now are only functioning at 7%. Her potassium was elevated causing multiple consequences. I called before knowing what had taken place and asking for help for her declining state and was refused as an attempt for them to cover up. The clinic supervisor yelled and screamed at me over the phone as I was calling to explain the lab results that the primary doctor ran that shed light on the reason for her decline. Not the service you expect as you sit with your ill family member as they struggle and knowing they may not survive.

Dr. Kenneth Blue 3 is one of the most skillful & magnificent Doctor’s I have ever know, but his best quality is by far his respect & care that he shows for his patient. I was a patient of his for years. I started having trouble with my prostate, I had to have it removed and after the surgery I developed some problems that were not expected but then I had to make unschedule appointment to see him about the way I was feeling but at no point in time did he refuse to see me. Dr. Blue always kept me with a positive attitude, most of the time I wanted to just give up but he promised me everything would be OK and eventually things turned out extremely well I would just like to say thank you sir!

I just started going to Dr. Blue this year and I am thoroughly impressed. Each visit he has taken time to explain what he sees in tests, whether it is bloodwork or ultrasounds, and what the next steps should be in testing and/or treatment. By Dr. Blue asking the right questions, he was able to change my prescription (from another physician) that has helped me considerably. I will definitely recommend Dr. Blue!
