I think Dr. Burns was absolutely one of the nicest drs I’ve ever encountered. He listened to everything I had to say didn’t rush me. I felt heard and he was so helpful. Excellent visit. He really seems very caring. I enjoyed my visit. His staff was very attentive and nice as well.

I didnt feel as if Dr Burns was truly listening to me and when I looked back at the visit notes online I see why I felt that way.. I had told him when reviewing my symptoms that I had been wheezing some but had not had any coughing, in the notes he said I had cough and wheezing! That's important to me I want to feel like a Dr really is concerned about helping you but I did not.. he looked at the laptop the whole time during the visit and I felt rushed. We pay alot to see specialists and when you're concerned about your health it is frustrating to leave feeling that way.
