I had a visit, and he had UH behind him, not conducting with trauma, informed care practices, and sad to me “ isn’t that for your therapist” when he is the one that prescribes the script. The front office and staff did not use trauma, informed care either, and never got the messages to him on several different refills overtime because they were overloaded! The front office fired me, not the doctor the front office, and there was nothing I could do about it, but report it to UH advocacy. I had him for over 12 years and he did a great job himself but when he was in front of upper management, he threw me into a wall and having to find another doctor, and I don’t even know if he knows about it. So if you read this, Dr. Carbone , please know I’m sure you can figure out who it was. It was your front office Stephanie that did it.

Dr. Carbone is a fine doctor. He spends time and listens. I have been a patient 22+ years. The practice was Tri-City but is now Mercy. I don't like the change as the front office has become business like. Frustrating that Mercy makes you come in and spend money just to get a refill. They have also gone to electronic medical records. Techs and aids stare at the computer reading questions instead of talking to you. Dr. Carbone works with you to find solutions and alternatives.

This is a top rated listening doctor. He listens to what you have to say. Then he will do his very best to help you.If it does not work the first time , he will send you to a specialist . If you do not like to wait on your Dr. this is not the right man for you . I do not mind to wait because I know when it is my time Dr. Carbone will listen to what I have to say . I have been a patient of Dr Carbone for 20 + years and I have recommended my daughter and my 2 stepsons to him , plus several other
