When I first contacted this office about my mom I thought all was going to go well. 3 weeks later my mom still does not have a referral. I have been put off due to being short staffed and people out, Being told I need to call the hospital we want the referral for and go through them (not the case because I started with them) and then finally told she needed to come back into the office to see the dr., why wasn't I told that 3 weeks ago? Due to changes I called back today to bump up appointment and was told she just needs to go to the ER, which she adamantly refuses to go to but she will go to Drs office. So instead of bumping up the appointment we just left as is because my mom refuses to go to the ER. So thank you for your great attention and caring for my mom. Whoever I spoke to seemed to care less. I am going to do everything I can to get her away from this Dr. I would give a 0 if I could.

Horrible!
I called to become a new patient. My mother-in-law recommended him because he is her doctor. The receptionist was very rude and rushed to hang up with me. I called back, thinking maybe there had been a misunderstanding because I'm autistic and get confused. So, I called back to clear that up and she claimed she was a different person and put me on hold and keeps putting me on hold. 3 times in a row, now. I've been on hold for 13 minutes now.

Kenneth G. Cook, M.D. has been my doctor for many years. He will refer me to specialists whenever necessary. I have had no trouble in getting appointments and do not have to wait but a few minutes to see him. His staff are courteous and helpful.

I've been a patient of Dr Cook for over 25 years. He has always taken the time to meet my needs and when he could, he would provide medicine samples. Those saved me hundreds of dollars!

Dr Cook has been my doctor for 30 years. He is one of the best doctors I have ever been to and I have been to many. After an accident I was sent to multiple doctors in Tennessee and Kentucky by my insurance company and I have never had a doctor actually listen and care like Dr Cook.
