Never going back to this doctor! He literally DISMISSED me as his patient after 30 years!!! Found a new and CARING doctor. Do NOT recommend Kenneth Dott.

This business is all about money... not about quality health care and treating pts well. They don't demonstrate good office practices. I know cos I've gone there for years and it's ALWAYS the same. I call the place my 'quack in a box.' And FWIW, THEY DON'T MAKE APPOINTMENTS! It's first come, first served. Dr. D - either one of them - limits the time and what they will do for you. Cos it's all about wham bam... come back, come back! They often let simple things slide - like high BP - rather than writing a script to resolve the issue. Oh and they will gladly bill the heck out of your insurance. Be advised that the office staff is VERY hateful... especially Amanda. The Dr never calls back w test results - ever! They are all about repeat visits. If a mistake is made on an order, they won't fix it... without you coming back and charging you another $80 office visit. If I cud have rated them a zero I wud have. My advise - go somewhere else!

The receptionist is extremely rude and disrespectful. I went in for a physical and had two forms for the doctor to fill out, one from insurance and one from school. I also wanted to ask him a question about my Hep B vaccination situation. The walls in that office are paper thin. I hear the receptionist bad talking me to a nurse outside the door, saying people always try to "sneak" in this paper work to have the doctor fill out and to get more out of the visit. I go out to confront her on what she was saying (I had heard her complaining about other patients before me as well) and she tries to tell me she wasn't talking bad about me. She said I should have given her the forms when I came in because she had to call the insurance because they changed the form and she had never seen it before. Both of my forms had to be filled out BY THE PHYSICIAN and related to having a physical done, why would I give them to the receptionist? It was also completely relevant to the physical I was paying to

Dr Dott is excellent! The best and most honest Dr I have ever encountered. He is knowledgeable, professional, kind, caring, considerate, and most important he believes in God. I have been a pt. over 15 years. The office staff (EXCEPT the one with blonde hair) is the most rudest, nastiest, uncaring, raunchiest people I've seen . The obese, short, cabbage patch looking parasitic species with the barrettes... as if she is 10, is the CRUDEST of ALL. Dr. Dott wake up they are ruining your practice!

Terrible wait times. Very rude staff which was brought to his attention and he doesn’t care. Have to see doctor even when not necessary, like drawing blood for co-pay and bill ins. Never get to review blood work or get copy of results

I have been seeing an Optometrist for two years who has been monitoring my glaucoma and cataract. He set me up to have the cataract removed but the insurance said I needed a referral from my PCP who does not treat people for anything to do with the eyes. When I call to get the referral they said I would still have to take off work and pay a co-pay to tell the Doctor I have a cataract even though there is nothing they could do. I mean can you call my optometrist or is it just the money thing?

So many people are missing out on his talented adjustments of your spine. If your sick, tell him you want to be adjusted. I stay adjusted and I don't get colds. There just has to be some way to make an appointment. This is antiquated to have to sit in the outer waiting room for almost 2 hours.
