Don’t waste your time
Dr. Einhorn was dismissive of my symptoms from the very beginning of our appointment. He made the appointment feel rushed and like he didn’t care about my health at all. He claims my chronic pain for over a month is merely “allergies” despite doing no allergy testing or providing any treatment options. Now I have to wait even longer with daily pain to go see another ENT for a second opinion, so don’t waste your time with Einhorn. In addition, his staff blatantly lied to me multiple times about not having my test results in and about Einhorn not being in the office.

Horrible experience. Went in with a sinus infection will bright yellow mucus. He said My sinuses were fine and there was no infection. For 47 year my eyes have swollen when I have a sinus infection but he said there is no connection (which would mean the other ENTs I've seen in the past were all wong) He told me I should see an eye doctor if my sinuses are affecting my eyes. I then stated I didnt think he was listening to my concerns or taking them seriously, in which case he suggested I should have a hearing test. I asked for a prescription for a sinus cat scan and they gave me one without an authorization code, saying they would call me with it. That was a week and a half ago. I have still not received the authorization, however I did receive the bill.

I am devastated. I have been with Dr. E since I was a teenager. I had tubes inserted for the 4th time a few years ago. Called him today with an emergency. I was told “well he hasn’t seen you in two years so…” yes, because people don’t go to their ENTs for fun. He kept talking to me through the receptionist who was INCREDIBLY irritated with me and rude as I was sobbing on the phone in pain. She sighed multiple times during our conversation and regardless of her attitude I thanked her and she said “bye” and abruptly hung up. Your patient who you have seen for over 10 years is crying in pain. And that’s the treatment I got. Absolutely devastated.

Dr. Einhorn was most irritated, very short tempered, no patience, no tolerance while I tried to ask him questions concerning my voice box nodules. I attempted to ask him questions, and I was told to "take the information and go." It seemed that he was trying to rush me out of the office. He came into the appointment with a very bad mood. When he tried to put his instrument/tube down my throat, it was uncomfortable for me and that got him even more upset, he became even MORE agitated. So I paid my copay and for some reason, made another appointment. The next time, he was even more horrible. I would not recommend him as a physician, very horrible experience, very nasty, nasty man.

Dr. Einhorn is both skilled and reassuring. If you are new tinnitus sufferer, you may find few ENTs have taken the time to study this symptom, and many can even heighten anxiety with a “go away and learn to live with it” attitude. Sudden onset tinnitus is very challenging! Dr. Einhorn has the skill and empathy to take the suffering of his patients seriously, and is current with the latest research. He will examine you thoroughly, have an in house hearing test performed, clearly explain the results and offer proactive solutions to put your mind at ease. He staff is kind and accessible as well.

Dr Einhorn is one if the worst Doctors and I use that term loosely. I was in the hospital waiting for an ENT consult after 24 hours of testing. He came in all pissed off at the late in the day consult. He never took my history, had not read or new about all the tests taken and just start forcefully pushing his fingers in the area that I am telling him is sore. I winced and pulled back, he just continued with the poking, told me to put a heat pack on and take some aspirin and walked out. Horrible horrible man, where was the hippocratic oath? Do not harm? I was in pain for hours after he left

Dr. Einhorn handled my mother wonderfully! She is typically very hesitant to walk into any doctor's office let alone agree to surgery. However, he managed to make her feel comfortable enough to agree to go "under the knife" and we are both highly satisfied with the results. Will definitely be recommending him to friends and family!

My visit with Dr. Einhorn could not have gone better. He had a lot to go over with me but he did it in such a fashion that I was able to keep up with him and I felt comfortable asking him questions. I read some other reviews on here saying he was unfriendly which is a total surprise to me. His professionalism and kindness was far better than most other doctors I have ever gone to. Highly recommended for anyone in need of a great ENT!

I felt like he was not interested in helping me, was getting irritated by my concerns. He was distracted by his own thoughts and rushing me out of the office, while I had important questions about my upcoming surgery. I will never trust this guy to touch me, specially to do a major surgery.
