Dr Fan was kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. I have a complex case and he was very understanding and even though his office was absolutely packed I did not feel rushed at all. I felt very at ease.

Disappointed
Dr. Fan appears to be a great surgeon, however I wish we could have had a productive conversation where he considered all the health factors and health disparities involved with my case instead of taking a cookie cutter approach and not basing his thoughts on appearance and stereotypes. His response was disappointing and I do not wish that feeling on any patient looking for help from a healthcare provider.

Dr Fan is kind, funny, professional, knowledgable. I met him and knew he would not just take good care of me, but, would be a good surgeon and ultimately results would be worth the pain. He was upfront - much appreciated - and his staff supported him in and out of the OR. I have had many surgeries, but, really was impressed and happy with his and other's effort and compassion. Thank you!

Disrespectful.
Kenneth Fan has no not respect for his patients. Who does this guy think he is? A jaw droppingly demeaning consultation with this person. He acts as if he is chummy with other surgeons personally that have far more talent than him. He doesn't. STAY AWAY.

DR. FAN IS EXCEPTIONALLY KNOWLEDGEABLE, THOUGHTFUL, AND EXPERIENCED. HE HAS A WAY OF ANSWERING QUESTIONS THAT TRULY PUTS THE PATIENT'S INTEREST FIRST. HIS STAFF IS JUST THE SAME ... THOROUGH, THOUGHTFUL AND KIND. TIME WITH DR. FAN IS UNRUSHED AND VERY RESPECTFUL.
