Dr Fitzgerald saw me at WK South 11/2020 after being admitted for COPD issues. He took great care of me and discharged me with certain meds. These meds were changed/not continued after visiting my PCP and Pulmonologist and I also failed to fill an apparently important one. 3/2021 (4 months after last hospital stay) I was admitted again with respiratory issues, lost of appetite, fatigue and other issues. I had not felt well for weeks. I was fortunate to see Dr. Fitzgerald and he recalled the meds he had prescribed and our treatment plan. He was not pleased with my not following his instructions and immediately started me on a regiment that had me feeling better in 2 days. I was discharged 72 hours after being admitted and felt better than I had in months. My Daughter, who took me to ER after witnessing my health decline also picked me up after discharge and could not believe the improvement. Thank you Dr. Fitzgerald.

He is the best doctor in Shreveport, He will tell you the truth and make you feel like you are important to him. I was in hospital, and he was in my room 3 times a day. He make me feel better about everything. We find his help just wonderful.They are polite and always helpful. Thank you to this group. The Greers from Many, La. 71449

Horrible doctor, he has not done what is in the patients best interest. He feels he has the final say so and doesn’t work well with the family. He has not cared about referring my loved one to any proper Doctor that can help us. Avoid him at all coast. His nurse is very unprofessional as well. I called the office demanding to talk to Fitzgerald and she hung the phone up my face two times.

This office is a joke. Not only has my husband only been able to get one appointment in two years of going here, but it is nearly impossible to get an urgent care referral, and if they do issue one, they don't call to let you know, so you don't find out until it is too late to use it. Ridiculous.
