Dr. Jainandan Renewed my Faith in dentist office visits. have been terrified from past experiences in another state being so bad and painful. BUT this dentist has an amazing staff very friendly and calm atmosphere. needed a wisdom tooth pulled it literally took him 60 secs to pull it out NO pain at all. The numbing process was usual time. wasn't expecting to pay as much as i did with dental insurance But He made it such a pleasant experience i won't go anywhere else. Also got a deep cleaning on my teeth much Needed!! Thank you so much.... everyone at sage dental by the Loop!!!!! A++++++ Team at this location

Their motto is "We Want You to Love Your Smile," but in reality, all they love is money. Let me tell you why:  Sage Dental is the most unprofessional dental practice I've ever encountered. I had a crown put in in January. They overcharged me by $200. I received an EOB stating as such. When I told them as such, they told me I needed to bring in the EOB as proof, rather than looking up the EOB. I did as such, showing up that day - which surprised them. The employee and office manager then argued with me, telling me the $200 was a lab fee that wasn't billed, but was just something added onto the crown but doesn't appear on a bill anywhere. I let them know that that is not acceptable practice to expect a customer to pay something that is not a line item on an EOB. If it is not allowed under contract by my insurance and I am not informed of it ahead of time, I am not responsible. They gave me the run around and were incredibly unprofessional in their response. I brought my two young children to this office for a cleaning a checkup about a month ago. Dr. Jainandan and his professional staff exceeded my expectations. From the moment you walk in you are treated like family. They were very efficient and caring. Dr. Jainandan is very knowledgeable and honest. So happy with the outcome of my first visit to their new office in Orlando. The office is super clean and accommodating. After visiting two previous dentists I have to say I was amazed at their customer service. Jen was very attentive and kind making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. She listened and paid attention to the reason of my visit, giving me excellent advice and assuring me I was in good hands. Dr Jay was very patient and wonderful. He is a natural!!! I had a wonderful experience at this office. I was having terrible pain and Cindy got me right in the same day. Dr. Jainandan was very caring and he was able to extract three teeth painlessly!
