I’m terrible with names but the young lady that gives me my knee injections not only does a great job but had the injection drawn and a pair of shorts for me because she remembered I always come in jeans. That’s service. Also tells me that I’m an actual person and not just just some name on a chart. I did miss Andrea, again I’m terrible with names, had to hunt her down in order to get my happy fix.

He takes his time when meeting with you. Feel very secure with his answers. Would highly recommend him.

He is so good about taking time with me and he explains everything to me, all of my questions. I really appreciate that in a doctor. He gets my highest rating.

I have been using Dr. Jansson for my knee issues going on 5 years now. Doctor, Vanida, Andrea and Sarah are all amazing. Great bedside manner, courteous, and Dr. Jansson is blunt and truthful in what is necessary to repair my knee. Recently he also cared for my daughters injury and his staff was yet again nothing but amazing.

Dr. Jansson and his team are so caring and efficient. I always feel great about my visit after I leave their office; they all make me feel like so welcome!

Dr Jansson was condescending. He did not take my concerns seriously. He told me how my knee should be responding instead of addressing what was actually happening. He has a set of protocols and his treatment is built around those without consideration for the patient involved. He tried to shame me for being non weight bearing and on crutches for several weeks prior to seeing him. I was following what my previous doctor directed me to do. He made inappropriate statements about my body type. Again I’d say in an attempt to shame me. It went way past providing education. He is most likely a good surgeon as he’s been around for years but his patient skills need a lot of work. Following my experience I have spoken with other people who have also had similar encounters. I will not see him again even though I need follow up care.

Dr. Jansson was extremely informative and sent me to physical therapy instead of going straight to surgery. This made me feel at peace knowing he was trying everything before going to surgery. I appreciate all of his honesty and detailed information.

I have had shine pain for years. Physical therapy hasn't helped. Needed an explanation as to why it's not getting better. Instead of helping me, I was told that I should be able to run through the pain. Would not recommend!

Dr. Jansson repaired my broken kneecap. Then, for a solid nine years everything with my knee was good. I recently have been having pain in that knee and Dr. Jansson is the doctor of choice to take care of it.

i had to complain to get him to do anything and then his nurse complain to him cause i want to get better and i want him to help me get get better. finally got another mri and my meniscus is getting worse. but want me to go to a pain specialist for another nerve block and see what else they can do for me and then if they can't do anymore for me then it is up to me if i want another kneescope how about fix my problem now and just won't do it.

Dr. Jansson spent the time and laymen language to explain what was wrong with my knee and the options we could take to help me. He also answered my questions regarding complete knee replacement and why it was not needed. He was compassionate and understanding.

Dr Jansson provided a clear explanation of status of both left and right knee and choices for treatment. We feel relieved and encouraged. Superb support staff
