He left me devastated!
I opted to get a stimulator for neck pain and Fibromyalgia and regretted it. It felt like I had a giant tense unit in my back and while I'm sure it helps many people, it didn't help my pain and it was uncomfortable. Dr. Lewis was very upset when I asked him to remove it and as he left the room he told the nurse to put me down as psychological. I was completely devastated. I finally had another surgeon remove it for me. I felt very positive when I first went there and the staff were great, I just didn't understand why he treated me so badly. Or if he thought it was all in my head, he could have said something where I couldn't hear him. He said it in front of me because I didn't want to keep the stimulator.

More time and attention needed
I went to see Dr Lewis upon recommendation by my family Dr as a second opinion from another pain doctor. I received a voicemail message from his staff, days before the appt, reminding me I was 'EXPECTED to arrive' at a certain time - FIRST visit remember. This after agreeing to an automated appointment reminder with a 'yes'.Dr Lewis may be a great physician, I don't honestly know - he blew into the room with such bravado or energy and flew through how the SCS system was the answer to everything. He misread or didn't know a lot about me and I feel like I was not a real person to him. It all happened so fast, I had not time to really think or to remind him to give me the handouts he said he would - in addition to trying to remember all the specifics he said - so fast!Thankfully I was able to push to get a sign-up to the patient portal, otherwise who knows? TBD...

A truly caring & professional physician and staff!
Dr. Lewis treated me for bursitis. I had had a bad experience with my prior Dr. in Denver and I was terrified to get this treated. He and his staff were amazing! His nurse actually held my hand. I did not feel a thing and I have been pain free for over a year. Thank you!

Horrible.
Spent money on X-rays, MRI, yet the doctor is a no show at the appointment after six weeks of waiting. Clearly, this doctor cannot be in practice.

After over 2 decades of living in pain...
I have hope again! Dr. Lewis goes to great lengths to explain everything and he does it well. I did a trial for the spinal stimulator and my pain level went from a 7 to a 2! And I can live with that! I can't wait to get the permanent one in place. I highly recommend this clinic.

I was very pleased with my visit. Everyone was friendly and competent. The wait times were a little long but having been a manager at pain management and rehab center I understand the process. Dr Wells did an excellent job of explaining exactly what was going to transpire during the procedure. He also discussed possible options in the event I didn’t get full relief. I plan to continue care with this practice.

Ken Lewis is very kind and skilled but does not see that referrals are correctly made. Epidural injections for my extreme cervicogenic headache pain was mediocre, maybe 30 to 40 percent relief and short lived. Front desk staff are kind and helpful. RN Jenny is cold and uncaring and Wendy is a flat out bit--. Not worth the headache. But, I found a natural gift from God called "Potent Herbal Pain Reliever". It goes on the head not in it. Pain 100& gone. 10000 stars thespaherbalist.com
