Dr. Morcos is a Lazy
Dr. Morcos has a very lackadaisical approach to patient care. Good luck getting adequate treatment unless you are well-versed. He seems to focus on what your problem can't possibly be and citing "we've seen a lot of anxiety in the office" before asking pertinent questions, checking past history, labs, or adverse prescription side effects. Also, noted strange by another specialty department, he refers patients outside of the system for inferior diagnostic procedures while the same top notch specialty care is available at Atrium. WHY??? Another person I know has seen him as well and they stated that he was not giving medical advice or treatment beyond lose weight, while their problem continued to worsen. This person did their research, went in to see him and asked to be prescribed a VERY COMMON medication for their issue. Dr. Morcos agreed after 2 years of sitting on his hands and they have seen notable improvements! Unless you are willing to guide this doctor STAY AWAY!

Overcharged
My daughter had a scheduled in office visit for an infected thumb. This dr pricked her thumb to drain it took no more than a few seconds. Then proceeded to bill my family 1,308 dollars for the procedure.

I've used Dr. Morcos for many years. He is easy to talk to, he listens, and he won't be too quick to jump to the latest meds. I highly recommend him. I do have reservations about the practice however. They are $$$ and the support staff has changed over the years. The centralized way appointments are booked is terrible and you are isolated from the doctors except when in person. Mixed bag due to this. Great doc, mediochre practice staff.

I have been seeing Dr. Morcos as my primary care physician for about two years now. I really like his laid-back style. He always takes time to listen to any concerns that I have, and answers my questions in laymen's terms. I never feel rushed when I see him, and I always feel like he genuinely cares about me. I would highly recommend Dr. Morcos.

I haven't given many reviews, and usually people don't unless they're unhappy with someone or something. Dr. Morcos is a great doctor, and I would refer him to anyone.

Dr Morcos was energetic and interested in what was ailing me. He ordered many test in an effort to get to the bottom of my problem. This was my first visit and my first impression was good. He listened to all I wanted to tell him and he offered good input to my effort of self diagnosis.
