Kenneth W. Reichert, II, MD Is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever met. I went there as I had a hard fall from a going from my boat to the pier. He laughed while I was telling the story and was like “I’m sorry, I just had the same thing happen last week.” No one cares the doctor visit that I’m paying for is about why I’m in pain. Not to hear your story about how you were drunk and fell. So I tried to continue to tell him what was going on. Told him feet are burning “on fire” and I can’t feel my feet. He then said “oh these things work then self out In 4 week, I’ll put you on a steroid” his PA Ashley Henning then explained to him that I already took this once before 2 weeks prior as I went to urgent care twice prior to visit. The first time was to get looked and doctor gave me steroids to see if it would help, that didn’t. The second time 1 week later from first visit to see doctor to see what was going on. That doctor ordered visit with neurologist who was Kenneth W Reicher II. Worst mistake but I didn’t know at the time. All for him to just laugh and put me on the same medication. I ended up going to see Dr Raymond Rybicki. He has been an amazing doctor and figured out what it was. I was diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy. So do yourself a favor don’t was your time or money with Dr Reicher. He is extremely unprofessional and just gets you out the door to laugh at the next person.

Terrible! In the 2 minutes (at most) that he was actually in the room with me, he yawned and coughed directly at me without even TRYING to cover his mouth. He then "diagnosed" me without ever asking me a question, and proceeded to tell me I will probably never get to the root cause of my issue. He walked out of the room without a word and left me sitting. I actually had to go out into the hallway to find someone and was finally told "Oh, you're all done, he is in with the next patient" um thanks

In all of my life I have never felt as invisible and irrelevant to a healthcare provider in an initial consultation. Nothing this man could have done would have conveyed to me that I do not matter, short of him actually saying "I couldn't care less about you as a human being." I have never been so completely dismissed by a professional who supposedly has my best interest at heart.

Tracy is the most professional, warm and caring person I have ever met in a Drs. office. Dr. Reichert is of course the best neurosurgeon. What a team. I have my utmost trust in both of them. I hope it is okay if I call Tracy with a question instead of bothering Dr. Reichert. The entire office staff is warm and courteous. As much as I care for all of you, I hope to never have to come for surgery again. Best wishes to all and HAPPY HOLIDAYS

Due to NPH and sever back issues, I have been seeing Dr. Reichert since 2004. Very through when he explains the procedure and great follow- up. Also, Dr. Reichert was instrumental in the care and outcome of my grandson's unique ear and brain infection. I highly recommend him to others who have a need for his expertise talents. No complaints about my experience. I was very nervous about this surgery, but thanks to Dr. Reichert, Staci, Dr. Connelly and the hospital staff I had a very good experience. Everything was explained in detail what to expect thru the entire process. Everyone kept me informed and very calm. Thank you so much for taking care of me. I met Dr. Reichert in the year 1994. He literally, along with his medical team, saved my life with the use of three titanium clips. I am living proof of his skills and qualifications. I have not needed to maintain contact with him because he did the job right! I am grateful to have been a patient of his 22 years ago. I would indeed recommend him because he is above-average. Thank you!
