Negative 5 rushed the whole visit.
How is it i wait over a hour to be seen for him to walk in seen me literally less then a minute to tell me a diagnosis that I know was bogus and walk out tell me the nurse will do the rest? This guy seems to rush to meet a quota or something.

If I could give Dr. Kenneth Shiozaki negative five stars I would. His staff was condescending toward me and he (Dr. Shiozaki) YELLED at me in my face in front of them for requesting basic communication and services as a concerned patient desperately asking for his help. He avoided administering antibiotics for 18 days for an infection that clearly showed in my chart. His practices and actions toward me were inappropriate. I have proof of his behavior toward me and have reported to authorities and in good faith sharing my experience publicly with hopes that patients who expect basic health care, respect and dignity avoid him.

Very attentive, pleasant manner, explains things thoroughly. Had to see Dr. Shiozaki for an urgent care visit, and also had to email him with concerns I had with one of the prescriptions I was given. He was very prompt in getting back to me, impressive and much appreciated!

Dr. Shiozaki is absolutely wonderful. While fortunately I'm fairly healthy, every time I see him, I feel at ease. With other providers, I always used to get white coat hypertension because they felt so stiff and unrelatable. But here I can bring up all my issues and have them all addressed properly.

Im always cautious about my health and Dr. Shiozaki makes it very easy to ask questions and provides exceptional medical advice. He's straight to the point and will tell you how it is. Dr. Shiozaki is very caring and professional. Most doctors rush through your visits, but Dr. Shiozaki spends time to throughly review your case and will set you up with a great treatment plan. I highly recommend him! He's worth the visit!
