I made an early morning appointment for both of my children prior to their school and my work as the first appointment of the day at 8 am. When I arrived in the office, I was told that the doctor was stuck in traffic and was going to be at least 30 min late. I had already informed the staff at the front desk that I was very tight for time and needed to leave by 8:30. I am very disappointed that my time as a patient is not given any consideration in the practice.

Dr. Swan saw my 17 yr old son, who tore his meniscus while wrestling. The doctor showed us the MRI results and provided detailed information regarding the prognosis and treatment options, explaining the pros and cons to each. My son opted for a procedure that would take longer to recover from but would offer a 95% chance for full recovery. I feel the doctor took my son's age into consideration when helping us consider the options. I highly recommend Dr Swan. His nurse Christine is great too!

I can't say enough great things about Dr Swan. My husband (avid runner) had pain in his tibia bone. Upon doing an X-ray, Dr Swan noticed a lesion in the bone. He immediately sent my husband for a series of scans and diagnosed him with stage 4 metastatic cancer. Dr Swan compiled a list of recommended top oncologists and his staff faxed reports over to the surgeon without hesitation. I can't thank them enough for moving so quickly to help us.
