Great doctor! He explains everything and answers all your questions. I never feel rushed when I am there. I would definitely recommend him!

I think Dr. Tolep is a good doctor, and has helped me but the office is awful. Today I was totally disrespected and treated as bad as I have ever been in any kind of office. I will be looking for a new doctor. Even though it was the office personnel, and the phone system...Dr. Tolep is the director of this practice. He needs to oversee the front, and hire more compassionate and competent front line staff...enough to give decent service while patients are calling in for appointments, etc.

Dr Tolep? I saw him once a year. If there is a problem I see a NP or someone else who does not know what is going on. I asked Dr Tolep about it and he said there aren't enough doctors in Fort Myers and that is the way it is. I was very disappointed. When I did finally see him yes he was good but you could die trying to get an appointment.

Dr. Tolep is amazing however his nurse is rude, inconsiderate of others and has no patience with people who try to explain situations. Cut me off and told me there were thousands of other patients waiting. I’m sorry but my health is just as important as the next guys and if you can’t listen to my issues to try and help me then I may have to re-think my office visit. She needs to realize everyone doesn’t “fit in the mold” and actually have real concerns and issues that they don’t understand and need patience and understanding which she did not have. Love you Dr Tolep but your nurse has gotta go!

Been coming to this office for a few years. The doctor is great but the office is a disaster. High turnover of staff. Now I know why my bills are always wrong.
