Worst medical experience I've ever had, and I've had a lot. This excuse of a doctor has zero empathy, talks to patients as if there stupid, dismisses their concerns, and sends them home after doing absolutely nothing for them. The nurse at the emergency room even apologized! He sent me home as I'm dealing with a serious medication withdrawal due to pharmacy error. Tells me it's not life threatening, but to go to a big hospital, and left the room. I've had doctors I didn't care for in the past, but he takes the cake. Does absolutely nothing for you, you leave feeling worse than when you went in, but he sure will bill the insurance I bet. I'll be contacting them as well! If things go my way he won't get a dime for my visit!

Mr. Totz (not worthy of being referred to as a doctor) has been one of the worst doctors I've ever had someone have to visit with. My boyfriend is COVID positive and Mr. Totz walked into the room asking "What do you expect me to do for you?" Check-in was at 8:00pm, he was discharged by Mr. Totz at 8:22pm. Boyfriend is currently at Banner Desert Hospital, admitted, for COVID and breathing related issues. Mr. Totz was the most unprofessional and uncaring doctors I've ever had to deal with. He should be banned from practicing, he does not care and is not a responsible doctor with people's lives in his hands.

Rude. Rude. Rude! Didn’t do any tests or try to find out what was wrong, just dismissed us and treated us like we were stupid. He shouldn’t be a doctor if he doesn’t care about his patients! I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Kenneth Totz made my mom feel Horrible!!!!! She came in with pain raidiating down her Right arm. His bed side manner was the absolute Worse!!!! I pray they replace this guy with someone that has empathy and remembers the Physicans Oath. Instead of listening to my mother's concerns as spoke to him about how she felt . Kenneth became argumentative when my moms perspective was told to him. On A Better note the Staff is AMAZING!!!!!!!
