He was my 2nd opinion and he listened to me and spent 1hr with my concerns. He did my surgery on both my knees and I am in pain but getting better. I did explain my option if surgery was needed. I decided on surgery due my pain. He was straight forward -which I like. Some people want sugar coat info, I don’t, I like the truth, he was professional.

This doctor is stuck in the past. He has no compassion for his patients and he can be very rude at time. I had 2 visits with him and the first one, I left his office feeling disappointed & not encouraged. I gave him the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe he was just having a bad day. I went back a 2nd and it was no different. Needless to say I cancelled my 3rd appointment and went to another doctor. However, the staff are nice.

Visited Dr. Ward for lower back injury from snowzilla. I was in agony and I could barely walk, much less sleep. I was suffering for more almost two weeks with varying degrees of pain. Quick, thorough, answered all my questions. Diagnosed a lumbar sprain. I originally throught I had a herniated disk or sciatica. Prescribed me some mild painkillers and steroids for the inflammation. Overnight my pain was relieved by 90%. I can actually function like a human being and had a great night sleep.
