Impatient, Incorrect info on Chart
ER visit :I couldn't talk, but he acted like I couldn't hear. He kept talking louder and louder at me. He didn't listen/read what I wrote him - was impatient and condescending.

I hope this gives some additional perspective on this single review from one of our most problematic ER patients. I will say that Dr Arnold is one of the physicians that other doctors request, when sending patients or family to be evaluated. As a nurse, he has always been appropriate in his care and kind to ancillary ER staff. I also have seen him perform many emergent procedures easily and successfully. I would choose him to run out trauma room any day.

Health grades would not allow me to directly respond to the above comments so I will add this review regarding Dr Arnold. I was looking for contact information, in order to write a thank you note to dr arnold, when I came across this review. It’s surprising that a google search will show a good physician reduced to a “star rating” from an obviously low number of replies. So,In lieu of a thank you note, I thought I would simply respond to this review. And boost the star ratings.

He a horrible docter I've seen him in the er multiple times and can't deal with emergencies at all . Plus I've been on er twice and he doesn't even look at you and says your ok . Wonder how many people died from him saying your fine without looking at you and sending you home . I would not recommend him at all to anybody good luck if your lives on the line .
