I wish I would have read reviews about Dr. Choi before I let him operate on me. Due to his poor judgement I am left with a breathing tube for the rest of my life and I was only in my early thirties when this happened. I regret not sueing him.

While he seems very friendly, he is professionally arrogant, incompetent, and totally negligent. A simple outpatient hernia surgery turned into a chronic pain because of his failure to follow standards of care. Among other things, he failed to recognize that his resident and himself had severed two of my arteries. After 10 hours and multiple complaints, he tried unsuccessfully to find the source of bleeding himself rather than calling the interventional radiologist (and later forged themselves).
