Dr. French and all of the staff at this clinic are caring, helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming. They have always taken good care of myself and my family and always with courtesy and respect. Highly recommended!

He talks but doesn't listen. His staff is horrible.

from meeting Dr Kent French on July 9th, 2021, he is professional, personable, and detailed in his explanation of issues. I would rank him a 5 star BUT, Darlene, his Medical Assistant, is questionable. If you call Dr French, most likely you will get Darlene. My feelings of her is from e-mails and trying to understand getting a perscription filled. I'm embarressed and wanting to not deal with her again but from understanding what the Pharmacy wants and will fill to Darlene, who could easily called me and b****** slapped on the phone, says what i called for is what i called for. I have not had a primary care Doctor for over 30 years because I was tired of the old style Doctor who expected to be revered as all knowing all seeing over lord. I went to Dr. French on my Brothers recommendation & found a Doctor who actually listens to me & addresses every issue I have Dr. French is extremely thorough & explained every thing,He did not give me that old I'm the Doctor it's all okay crap. He explains what the numbers mean & what We need to do to ensure my health. I also fired My Mom's old Doctor & moved her to Dr. French also She's 85 & really likes Dr. French too.

Dr. French is a “Corporate” doctor who seems more dedicated to The Bottom Line than the Hippocratic Oath. After a fifteen-minute appointment, you will leave with a long list of referrals and very little information about your health. During flu season, though I owed no money to Dr. French or his clinic, Mercy Health North, I was denied an appointment because of a small balance I had with Mercy Hospital for an Emergency Room visit.

Worst physician in the country, rude and rushes patients. My dad suffered a lot from this doctor. Wrong diagnosis and wrong medications. Does not give time for the patients and does not listen either. The location where this doctor works has problems from management to nurses to drs. I stopped going there.

Listens to your concerns and works with you. Runs late, but will spend all the time you need for your appointment.

I do not recommend this doctor. They could not explain why their records in the clinic were different from the records on the patient portal. They also will give you the run around for as long as you will let them. Incompetent! His assistant is the worse in answering questions. Her response is "I can't explain it". Find another provider.
