Dr. Kent Grotefendt, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Grotefendt for may years and and I trust him and his decisions. I try to always make a list of concerns to give to him so I don't forget to ask him about differe3nt items.

Dr.G.Is one of the best Doctors around.Not only is he out Family doctor for over 25 years but a Part of our Family.He knows what he is doing,he is caring,concerned for your well being.He has saved me many times with my Chronic Sinus,and my over all health.He diagnosed me with low B-12 and Low Testosterone and I have been giving shots every week for over 5 years and it has help me tremendously.He is caring,and cuts up with you and has a good time,but most of all he is a great Doctor.Glad me and Family has him for our Doctor.His staff is wonderful and they are caring as well.They all stay busy but they all find time to say hello and go out of their way to say hi and care for you.Thanks Dr..G And Staff.

Dr. G is a concerned, knowledgeable physician. He listens to patients. I highly recommend him.

Do Not expect to have any of your calls returned. Do Not run out of medicine. It will not be called to pharmacy. Do Not expect to ever see or hear about your lab or bloodwork. Do Not leave a message unless you just want to waste your time.

I have been going to Dr. Grotefendt for more than 6 years, I receive hormone replacement therapy from him. I consider his to be a really good doctor. Very detailed and patient.

I have referred Dr Grotefendt to friends and co-workers and everyone agrees with me that he is probably one of the smartest doctors. He has amazing knowledge on a multitude of conditions. He always takes time to answer questions, but above all else I truly owe him my life because of thorough care.

I have been going to Dr. G for about 10 years and I think he is absolutely wonderful. I have chronic bronchitis and do not always have a need to go to the office. He is very understanding and will prescribe what I need and never over prescribes. I am now living in Nashville and wish I could have brought him with me. I do agree that Marlene was a sweetheart and his new nurse not so much. How ever the new staff since moving to the Ooltewah office is hands down the best office staff.....ever!

Dr. Grotefendt listens to his patients and takes their opinions into consideration.

Dr G himself is an adequate physician. When my visits to Dr G initially started he and his staff were very attentive to my needs and very respectable. After my first year as a patient things changed and so did the staff. His previous nurse Miss Merlene was fabulous but his new nurse nor the good Dr. will even return phone calls anymore. I have recommended many people to Dr. G in the past but will no longer do that.
