Dr Michelle is very compassionate and kind. I appreciate his generosity. He have a great team working with him especially office worker Angela who do the appointment. Try her best to get you in.I recommended to anybody and pray that Dr Michell be the best doctor in Fort Worth. 2025 .thank you !!

Dr. Mitchell is possibly the worst doctor on the planet. He was dismissive of my DOCUMENTED back pain and treated me as is I was a drug addict trying to get pain pills. I left The office in tears. He REFUSED to listen to me or even discuss pain management other than an injection which I was scheduled for. I have NEVER had any Dr or medical professional act so unprofessional in any setting. Save your copay and find another office. The shame he puts on you isn’t worth it.

He is very compassionate. He is very professional.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. I wish I could leave no stars. There is not enough room here to state all that happened. In short, just don't use him. Look at other review places. He did my injections without an MRI and didn't wait for the block to kick in before giving me the steroids. Very painful. Within hours of when I left I was in excruciating pain. Six days later I was still in excruciating pain. They never had me talk to the doctor. I did not want pain meds (not that they were offered). I went to another doctor that gave me steroids to reduce the inflammation and gave me another shot a few weeks later with the use of an MRI, Anesthesiologist, Radiology person Etc.. My back is great now except where Dr Mitchell put his injections.

I have been using Dr. Mitchell for a couple years. If u are having pain i would not use this doctor. The pain I visit the doctor for is still very bad, the doctor downgraded my medication and my condition is getting progressively worse. There have been accounting errors when using cash payments and overcharging.

I’ve been seeing Dr.Mitchell for about 8 months. He took my MRI and has provided a plan that completely relieves my pain and numbness. The procedures and processes are top-notch.

Snake oil salesman. Didn't listen to me or my health history. Gave me 2 shots in my back costing over $7000 and left me in so much pain now I can barely function. No followup; no return calls. I wish I'd never heard his name.

The office staff were very kind. But Dr. Mitchell, on the other hand, was very rude. No bedside manner and downright mean spirited. I will not be returning

He has very friendly staff and they make you feel comfortable. Dr. Mitchel has a good bedside manner to.

He is a great doctor and a good listener. I used to have issues reaching his office, but they seemed to have fixed those problems!

Dr. Mitchell was very courteous and professional. He took time to answer questions that I had prior to the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Mitchell to anyone in need of services that he provides.

Dr. Kent Mitchell has disgusting bedside manners. He's really nice to you the first time you meet him, then he treats you like crap. His assistant, Brittany, is a horrible person. She called me a liar, accused me of being aggressive and hostile, basically treated me as if I belonged in an asylum. She's disgusting and didn't even introduce herself. I waited in the waiting room for more than an hour with no apologies for the long wait. Stay away from this guy and his staff!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Mitchell's for several years. In the beginning, he seemed like he cared but now he is just a pill pusher. I waited in his office for one and a half hours before waiting another 15 minutes in the room. Then his PA comes in and says he is seeing a NEW patient. The new patient waited maybe 30 minutes. Before this, he wanted to do a procedure without doing an MRI first. HE said if this doesn't work, then we'll do an MRI. That's backwards but it gets him more money.

Dr. Mitchell is very professional, non-judgmental, & has a good bedside manner. When I saw him, I was upset with the whole medical field & disillusioned regarding previous care I had received by a # of drs & their staff. Everyone at this office were nice & helpful. Dr. Mitchell provided an option to me that I find, surprisingly, better than I had anticipated. For yrs I had been prescribed a narrow Rx regimen, but now I have a renewed hope for my condition & quality of life.

Dr.Mitchell is the worse doctor I have ever seen.Stating my disease is bs and he does not believe in it and that I should report all of my doctors to the board because they are all wrong,but he is right.I have never in my life been treated this way by a doctor.

I have gone to several Pain Management Doctors. The last one I went to passed away! I really like Dr Mitchell and his staff. He is kind and caring and his staff is as well. They are understanding of my numerous medical problems !! The wait time to see the staff is the shortest of all of my doctors. I am pleased with Dr Mitchell!
