Dr Shinozaki was incredibly kind, caring, professional, thorough and calming through the whole process of removing my wisdom teeth.

Dr. Kent Shinozaki is a man of impeccable character. His thorough knowledge of his field of expertise and excellent bedside manner have put my grave anxiety to rest. His pleasant demeanor was my anesthetic. I trusted his advisement and he delivered. My wisdom tooth extraction was a breeze. No sedation which I first requested, and no pain nor discomfort even after procedure. Just took OTC pain reliever overnight one time to make sure if there will be pain, but none felt. Recovering well. Dr. Kent Shinozaki is the oral surgeon to go to for sure. I highly recommend him especially for those who are a nervous wreck like me. I can't thank him enough and his wonderful staff for putting my nerves to ease. Wishing them the best.

Very skilled, kind, quick, and painless

From my very first visit with Dr. Shinozaki, he was open and honest with me about the procedures and my options, while also listening to and respecting my concerns and wishes. Not only that, but he checked in on me frequently after my surgeries to see how I was feeling and if there were any issues. Throughout this months-long process, I have never for once regretted that I came to Dr. Shinozaki and I will 100% come back if I need any further care.

I had cracked a tooth, #30. It was infected below into the root area. Dr. Shinozaki removed the tooth, I was in less pain after the surgery then before. Total recovery, no bleeding after 24 hours. Dr. Shinozaki explained the procedure, his knowledge and ability was outstanding. The staff was easy to work with and equally as professional. If you need oral surgery, this is the guy you want. I was very pleased.

Who wants a tooth pulled? No one! But let me tell you, i had a great, experience, Painless and fast so I could get back to work. A+

Absolutely terrible experience. Found him to care more about money rather than his patients. Extremely condescending and rude. The surgery with him kept getting moved, even on the day of the surgery. For the day of the surgery, we were asked to come in 30 minutes earlier than our appointment, and it was canceled.

the staff was so kind and caring! they made sure i knew everything that was going to happen during the surgery, went through every little step on how to take car of my gums before and after surgery! i couldnt have asked for a better doctor and or staff to take care of me!

Office staff was professional, helpful, and pleasant. I grind my teeth, resulting in breaking a tooth and a subsequent infection into the jaw. Dr. Shinozaki confirmed my primary dentist's diagnosis and provided alternatives. I elected extraction and implant. I tend to have a low level of pain tolerance for dental work however Dr Shinozaki did an exceptional job of managing pain both during and following procedure, requiring a minimum of medication.

My experience was painless and the post operation care instructions were very clear from his assisstant. Dr. Shinozaki communicated to me very well during the procedure.

From the moment I came in, I was given amazing care! Very thoughtful people and when the day came for the wisdom teeth removal, they were efficient yet were always open to my opinion whether I was comfortable.
