I will recommend Dr. PIHL to anyone suffering from Diverticulitis! He is the absolute best! Not only was he knowledgeable about my personal condition...but he discussed it with me in detail and compassion. After my surgery - He visited me every Day in the Hospital...He really cares about his patients!

Everyone was really sweet and the Dr Pihl was great!!!! I was very Nervous about meeting a new doctor /surgeon and worried that he would not understand my fears ,but he did and took his time and listen to me and explain things very well. Left very Happy with the plan.

I went for double hernia surgery. He met with me prior to surgery and I almost passed out in his office when he was examining me and he was very professional. He explained to me what he recommended and I trusted his opinion and he got me into surgery 4 days later (which I was very happy about). I then had my post-op appointment 10 days after surgery and there were no signs of infection. Overall, couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon.

I needed my gallbladder removed. I saw a different surgeon (Dr. Mitchell) before Dr. Pihl. He was so rude and arrogant.. I left his office knowing there was no way he was going to do my operation. I called Dr. Pihl's office to get an appointment, and the receptionist was so kind and helpful. She got me in right away and Dr. Pihl was incredible nice. He had less than 24 hours to review all my test results and he came in the room with knowledge of everything I'd been through so far

I have been so sick for last 4 years on couple items and one was two hernias, no one would help. I had to have a couple other surgery's before I could see him. I made it, and to my first meeting with him. I freaked. In my room. remember. no one would help. Dr Kerent Pihl. Came in the room and just was all there for me and my wife. He spoke for a few minutes and I had to look at my wife and say to him, Where in the hell have you been! Surgery 2 week later. Been a week. Recommend to all
