Dr Mercelin was very rude she did not want me as a patient anymore because I went for a second opinion she was nasty

This office and doctor Kerline is the most unprofessional doctor's office I have ever attended. I had an initial new patient appointment back in May 2024 and i quickly realized this place did not have any regard for patient's time. My husband and i both had booked appointments back to back and they ended up pushing out his appointment so we got stuck 2.5 hours there. Additionally, i was told i had a 10.00 copayment, which i paid off at the time of the first visit.Now, giving them the benefit of the doubt, I went back today to get the 'visual field test,' which they told me it would take up to an hour. My appointment was at 12:45 pm. There was no one in the waiting room and I got there at 12:30 pm. At 12:50 pm i asked the receptionist why i wasn't being seen and she remarked 'how the staff were out to lunch and there is a 15 minute grace period. If i had picked up the phone call for the appointment reminder, i would have been told to come at 1 pm.' Mind you, the reminder call did no

Can't have trust when told she "THINKS she MIGHT see the start of glaucoma" and never addressed my reason for being there, a very bad cataract.

It was solid and excellent service. They got me in within hours of calling with an eye emergency. They got me treatment right away and my eye is feeling so much better just after 24 hours! Hudson Optalmology is a warm and friendly place

I had a good experience with Kerline Marceline. She caught a problem with my retina that the other eye specialists didn't. She is the best at what she does and most important , truly cares and very intelligent .

Dr. Marcelin clinic is such an good place. Everyone treats you like a great friend and they are so happy to see you. The doctor does not rush out and she explains in detail. There is a wait in het office but she’s worth every minute . Highly recommend them.

Hudson eye office is amazing Icalled with last minute emergency and even though they were busy they got me in. The doctor marcelin did a great job removing debris from my eye and clearly explained what was going on and what to do to avoid problem for next time.

Dr. Marcelin is extremely knowledgeable, possesses a surprisingly strong bedside manner, manifested great patience in response to my numerous questions, provided me with detailed clarification as she explained her findings and recommendations, and most importantly, made me feel like I was her most important patient of the day. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Marcelin if you are in need of a topnotch experience with a truly gifted physician.

If you have glaucoma look no furthur! This is the best place to go because not only is she smart , comes from top schools and really knows her craft , bt she takes her time, and explains in depth . Staff is also nice n friendly too.

Dr. Marceline did a magnifivent job on my laser cataract surgery. I believe that she is the best around at what she does. She cares and you feel it . I never believe both my eyes would look this perfect. She is a true professional. She first explains the procedure then starts with the process.
