Rude staff
Horrible staff with very rude bedside manner. I called and the lady answering the phone wouldn’t let me talk to Dr. Owens, used the bad excuse that because Dr. Owens is a doctor that it’s alright for her to be rude. And she herself was just as rude. Overall, I’m not sure how this office carries out their practice but if this is how they are “professionally”, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Such a thorough, kind, and extremely well informed doctor. Dr. Owens is my dad's favorite! She makes everything understandable.

Oh my Good Lord! How is this Dr.'s office even in business?? I called the number to make an apportionment and I was greeted by the most rude woman I have literally ever spoken to in my life. I was simply trying to make an appointment, I've worked her end of the phone and know people are rude, so I always try to go out of my way to be extra nice, so I have zero clue what made her so angry with me. But, I have a choice, I told her because of her horrible attitude I'd rather not see this doctor.

Terrible bedside manner. She never listened to my symptoms. She used a cookie cutter approach to treating me. She spent very little time with me. I definitely wouldn't recommend this doctor.
