Gaslighting
Dr. Mcwhite is an excellent surgeon but how good is a surgeon if she’s dishonest. She did that thing that some doctors do when a negative issue occurs, gaslighting, to protect her nurse navigators bad behavior,I reported her & now I must pay the price by making me look as though I’m unhinged & untruthful . In my 65 years of Doctor visits never have I complained about my health providers or office staff. even if I did have a bad experience I would just find another doctor, that simple. The behavior that seemed like an innocent phone call, why would she be upset ? Nurse:”She mis understood. Wow! Because having been diagnosed with cancer, as if I wasn’t under enough stress, I thought “why not add more stress to my already full plate. I get along with my other doctors, but somehow when I step foot into building 540 I spontaneously become insane. Shame on everyone in that office.

I am a 8 year Breast cancer survivor. I recently found a lump in my right breast. Since my mom started to come to Dr. McWhite. I decided to see her as well. I made an appointment to see her, on my first visit Dr. McWhite decided to do a Biopsy on my Breast.. It was scary and nerve recking hearing that I had to do a biopsy. After listening to Dr. McWhite, she made me feel confident to do it and, I couldn’t have agreed more that it was the BEST discussion:). Thank you!

Dr. McWhite was very professional but easy to talk to about anxiety issues, she was understanding and comforting during the procedure. She made the whole experience easier than expected, the staff was also professional and supportive as the visit commenced.
