Excellent
Dr Warem is very organized and great with communication. He had asst right there in each appt transcribing whole visit. In addition, he is very pleasant and had a sense of humour during my visits. As bonus my primary care doc knew of Dr Waram and remarked that he is a great cardiologist...that's from another doc. Hard to beat.

Will likely not return
The Dr. is knowledgeable and follows steps to rule out conditions. I image he’s a great surgeon. However, his nurse staff that takes BP and ask initial questions in the exam rooms are some of the rudest, most dismissive individuals I’ve ever met. Naomi was especially rude and appears to be in the wrong field by how she treats people. She won’t make eye contact, is abrupt, won’t let you finish a statement, and is condescending. If you explain anything with more than a yes or no answer, she will snap at you. l have never left a negative review on any person or service in my life, but this gal is the reason I will likely not return to this practice or at least the 27th Ave and DV location.

Not At All Impressed
I get the impression that he couldn't care less. He takes an average of 2 minutes with you and fails to notice, or address dangerous and obvious health issues that if here were just to look at this patients, he would see. Want personal service with a caring doctor? You won't get it here! His office staff is equally as uncaring. After an entire year of trying, we never did get the meds right. We just finally left that practice.

Dr. Keith Waram is one of the best drs to perform heart surgery/Stent insertion. Dr. Will ensure that you really need a Stint and or surgery. If he finds you don’t need stint he will ensure that you know it and see it on the monitor that all is well. He is the best I recommend him to anyone for surgery. God bless you, long live Dr. Keith Waram. Surinder Tuli

Extremely disappointing attitude by Dr. Waram. The problem I have encountered, due to his laziness or forgetfulness, caused me to waste hours of calls in an attempt to figure out why I was not approved for the recommended next procedure. Eventually, I have found out that he simply did not complete the “office patient notes” – a document needed for my next treatment. No explanation, no apology, no communication. The “team” told me that my issue was communicated to him and “we are waiting for the notes to be done.” The CVC philosophy, as it presented on the main website page, with the Dr. name above, says among other superlatives: …”our goal is to enhance the quality of life, promote cardiovascular awareness, and deliver unsurpassed patient care.” So, this is a joke. The care I have received was far from what was articulated above.

FABULOUS. He placed a stent in my heart. Was caring, kind, compassionate and answered every questions. Found another issue that needed to be addressed and followed by an abdominal vascular surgeon. He also has a fun very likable personality.

I cannot express enough my gratitude and level of comfort going to Dr. Waram. He addressed all my concerns/fears with compassion, knowledge and took the time I needed to understand what was going on with me, which was a lot, all of a sudden. He has a quite confidence about him (not ego), that instantly helped me to have assuredness in my diagnosis and prognosis, as well as his plan for my healing.

We met Dr Waram when husband was admitted in ER. Found him to be very caring and more (than a number). He is now our doctor and very caring and positive. If I ever need a heart dr. he will be the one I want.
