I feel that the STAFF is very nice and helpful in every way…All have a great personality ..And as for Dr. Kevin Donnaly? He’s the very best ENT, I’ve ever been to..Has a great personality, has a very nice sense of humor, which that does usually make patients feel better…At least it does me..I’d never think of changing him..He’s the best…

Dr. Donnelly is an excellent ENT. Look no further!
A very caring, competent staff. They bent over backwards to get me in to see Dr. Donnelly and they showed empathy for me as I was quite worried due to the issue I was having. Dr. Donnelly took his time explaining things during my visit and accurately diagnosed my problem. I am very grateful and will recommend Dr. Donnelly and staff to anyone needing a STELLAR ent physician.

Excellent Care
Dr Donnelly is the best! Knowledgeable, compassionate And really cares about his patients. Friendly, caring office staff. I can’t say enough good things about Karen, who first took my information. She’s a gem!

Fantastic Doctor. Good listener and know his stuff, not impressed at all with his nurse, needs to be replaced. If you want a good Doctor then Kevin Donnelly is the one you want.

He is professional, compassionate and takes time to explain any procedure small or large so you understand what he is doing or going to do to improve your lifestyle. No matter how silly a question might seem to be share it and Dr. Donnelly will follow your question to better understand your issue on hand.

The worst experience of my life. I called to make an apt. They kept me on hold for an hour. I called back, the automated service said they went to lunch and wont return for another hour and a half which fraustrated me. So i called the following day and the nurse as well as the manager had an attitude because I was frausted with them about thr situation that happened the day before. Then the manager LISSY told me I needed to find another dr.

I heard very good things about this doctor unfortunately in 2 trips for an office visit i never got to see the doctor even though I waited an hour each visit. When I asked where the doctor was I was told by the staff that he comes in when he wants to..... yes that correct he comes in when he gets there or when he wants to. He had no emergency, no other patient he was seeing, not stuck in traffic he simply was NOT there. I don't know about you but my time is worth something too.

My son had surgery and was feeling like he was going to throw up. I ask for meds for this before we left and they refused. He started throwing up and could not hold anything down. Call his office and was told I "had to" take him back to Bayfront Spring Hill. I was told they would call over so the ER so they would know I was coming, No call was made. Now I have a bill for the OR visit of $200 and a ER visit of $150 just to get my son meds to get him to stop throwing up.

Dr. Donnelly, in my opinion, is an excellent physician. Yes, unfortunately your wait time is a bit long but I feel it's because he takes time to explain what he is doing and why. Also he will answer all of your questions. I have learned to relax in the waiting room, bring a book, or bring your tablet and surf the internet. It's worth the wait to have a physician who is very competent, friendly, and takes time with each of his patients.

In my opinion you could not get a better doctor than Dr. Donnelly for his specialty. He knows his stuff and takes the time to thoroughly explain everything. Once you get to see him, everything is good. It's the marathon you have to go through to get to that point that is the problem. Appointments take 3 plus weeks to get. As others have stated, I have waited over an hour in the exam room to be seen. Time management is horrible by his staff. I will be changing doctors.

The reason he is getting only two stars is because there is no time management skills. I've been waiting over 40 minutes past my appointment time (and yes I got here 20 minutes early) and there's still two more patients in front of me waiting to be seen. This is ridiculous. If they can't see appointments in a timely manner then they need to schedule accordingly.

Dr. Donnelly is a good doctor, however his staff is the worst staff ever, they are not well prepared to fulfill your needs, as a result you will have a bad experience in the office, they are very disorganized and rude, they don't follow appointment times, they skip patients, they don't perform team work, blaming each other for their mistakes. They don't take vitals or patient's history, they just leave the patient unattended. I went for an urgent matter and Im still waiting for the nurse to call
