Dr. Ganong is a very personable and friendly person that tries to explain what issues you are facing with success. He is a well informed doctor on Thyroid, Adrenal Gland issues and internal medicine. There might be a little wait to see him, but well worth the wait.

Dr. Ganong was very friendly and personable during our visit. He explained everything well and even showed me exactly what we were looking at. He and his Nurse Practitioner were genuine and I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needed to see an Endocrinologist.

I was referred to Dr. ganong about 8 years ago, for possible cushings by my previous dr. Forte from NEA baptist.(no longer there) Dr. Ganong did several blood tests and also urine test to check for cortisol. He even had me do extensive tests in the hospital. and I still do not know to this day what his findings are. I went back to him last year and asked him if he thought I had cushings or not and he kind of smirked and rambled on and didn't give me a straight answer. I do not trust this dr.

A poor excuse for a doctor. I was a very bad diabetic and he had me only on a short lasting insulin. My new doctor ask me where was my last lasting insulin? I am now on long lasting insulin one a day and the short lasting insulin 3 times a day.

I was very nervous to see a new specialist. I had seen the same endocrinologist since I was a child. Dr. Ganong was so great! He sat down with me and reviewed my old notes from my previous office and asked me pertinent questions. He even brought in a mobile ultra sound to look at my thyroid at no charge. I am recommending him to my aunt who has the same disease.

Very receptive to what I had to say, doesn't have a preference for prescribing one medicine over another, said he would work with me and just wanted his patients to feel better. Very kind physician, thorough and knowledgable.
