Dr. Helmen has been my doctor for many years. He has always been a patient, kind, knowledgeable and considerate doctor. He listens, he's smart and no-nonsense. Which I really appreciate. And he always makes the right call. The fact that he's semi-retired is heartbreaking. Because I really don't want to have to find another doctor. Because no one can fill his shoes. He will surely be missed. Because he is highly valued.

He always listens to me without judgement. Very hospitable. I have very high anxiety and he never makes me feel uncomfortable. Very empathetic.

HAS BEEN MY DOC FOR OVER 30 YEARS AND HAS BEEN IN MY CORNER MANY TIMES AS I HAVE HAD MANY ISSUES OVER THIS TIME I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM
