Caring Doctor
Dr. Jackson is both professional and caring. He is both mine and my husband's doctor. In this day and age, it is difficult to find a doctor who truly cares about his patients, but Dr. Jackson is just that kind of doctor. He asks questions and listens to get a better understanding of the issue and make a proper diagnosis. He has an excellent bedside manner which puts his patients at ease. I am so glad that we found him. He is the Best!

This Is Not Your Doctor
You will wait up to three hours or more even when you have an appointment. Calls are not returned, generally. Medical reports are not delivered in a timely manner. In some cases, reports of tests and procedures have been in the office for months with no feedback being given to the patient. It is no overstatement to say that if you depend on this medical facility for you health needs, you could die while doing so. I do not recommend this doctor.

Great doctor BUT every appointment is over 2 hr wait time. And they tell u to be there 15 min early to check in seriously. 2 hours or longer for every appt I have to take my elderly father to and he is forced to wait this long. Front desk should do better at scheduling this is not fair to the parients.

I have used Dr. Jackson for several years and there isn't a more compent, caring, and knowledgeable doctor. He takes time to sit and listen to you and also makes you feel like more than just one of many that he sees each day. I trust him with all my and my family's healthcare. I recommend him to all whom are looking for a good doctor.

I have been with Dr.Jackson for years and I won't go anywhere else. He focuses and listens to my concerns with his full attention and actually cares. He's the most down to earth doctor that I've ever met. He only does what is necessary for my healthcare and does not order unnecessary tests. His medical knowledge is so thorough and vast that I trust his opinions. Scheduling is usually 2-3 weeks out but he's worth every minute spend waiting for an appointment and waiting at the office.

Rude nurse unhelpful, DR tired of being a DR by James McPherson on Oct 18th, 2016 Jackson is tired of being a DR. He allows his "nurse" to run his practice. She is very rude and if you do not treat her like she is a queen you do not get to see the DR. She controls access to the Dr and what information he gets. Her medical records are incomplete and sloppy. She has the power to not allow Rx refills or treatment. Records often omit vital data. Do not use this practice if you want medical care

Dr Jackson took me in as a new patient after many battles. One of which was possible Kidney Cancer, uncontrolled Hypertension, Chronic pain, anxiety, and PTSD. He delicately took an hour listening with a non judgemental open mind try listening. He addressed each an every problem with exceptional passion and you could tell he was really concerned. Between his medical knowledge and compassion as a human being I would most definitely recommend him and goes above and beyond to do what's best. A+
