Dr Jones listens to your concerns and answers them. He doesn’t rush you out. All his staff are friendly and professional. He’s been my primary care doc since 2014.

Very straight forward and to the point. Tells you what you need to know about your health and leads you in the right direction to get the medical attention needed.

Dr. Jones is an excellent doctor. He takes his time to talk to his patients and is genuinely interested in his patients.

His staff is very patient focus, they are always timely, explain things as they do them and answer questions in a way I can understand them. Dr. Jones is the best. He listens to me. He address my concerns and is thorough!

I have been seeing Dr. Jones for over 15 years. He is a model physician who always listens, explains, and follows ups. The receptionists are always pleasant and helpful. The medical assistants are professional, helpful, and always follow up on my phone calls in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Jones for your primary care provider.

Left his office crying, not feeling like he heard or cared (as a physician) to find out what could be wrong with me. He went as far as to tell me that perhaps I was depressed and when I responded with "I cannot believe you just went there!", he replied that perhaps I would be happier going elsewhere. This year (2020) I had cancer, then surgery; two months after bacterial meningitis landing me in the hospital for a week... I do not know if my ailments are related, I am not a doctor, hence my going to see one. It appears that he has lost touch with the human side of him, or perhaps never had it (being I was a new patient) and just realized it. So tired of the subpar treatment of patients nowadays. Having to pay 25% of my income towards insurance and having to pay $10K before they pay a dime, the treatment we get should be far better. With this review, I only hope to influence one (1) person to not experience his disregard to his medical oath!
