Callous and unmotivated

Dr maben was callus to the point of negligence and didn't even do a basic exam of my daughter to make sure she's not injured even though she has a medical condition that makes her prone to injuries including brakes and dislocation. He kept saying that she just needs to power through. That she's going to have pain and needs to learn to deal with it. Refused to try any type of walker, wheelchair therapeutic type of medications nothing. He literally gave us nothing to work with and got really irritated when I mentioned something that happens as a result of my daughter's health condition which he knew about and had seen her more than once but apparently forgot and denied it had ever happened. He had no compassion no ideas no motivation. He's not the same doctor he was and should really think about retiring at this point.
