Dr. Kevin Masur, MD

Dr Masur was very informative about my procedure. He explained to us what his steps were during the procedure which made me feel comfortable.

Dr. Masur had wonderful bedside manner and communication skills, and he easily and accurately diagnosed a condition that had previously been overlooked or misdiagnosed by other doctors.

Dr. Masur is an absolutely wonderful human being. I had an intense invasive surgery for my pilonidal disease and everything went off without a hitch. He has wonderful bedside manner and has shown me compassion and respect throughout the healing process. I am so grateful and blessed for his services and would recommend him to anyone.

I had surgery in Oregon over the holidays. It didn’t go well. When I got home to Arizona, I was referred to Dr. Kevin Masur to see what he could do to help me. He resolved all the issues from the first surgery and also found some unusual spots on my liver. He took the initiative to do a biopsy which thankfully came back negative. He personally called me to tell me the results. Most of the other physicians with whom I have dealt usually have a PA or nurse call with the results. His personal attention was greatly appreciated. If you need a surgeon, I highly recommend Dr. Masur.

My experience wasn’t so good! It’s been a couple of weeks and I’m still sleeping a lot. I called the office many times. The last time it took 48 hours for them to get back to me. I’m still worried this has been left so long. I’m going into office today, will update how things are handled. Makes me sad my primary dr usually recommends the best. Not sure about this one!

He's very nice and very professional.He cares about how I'm feeling and explains all what he's going to be doing.On my 2 weeks check up we talked about my progress and I feel very confident with my dr.The reason I picked him cause he explains very very clear and with lot of confident.And also on the plus side he has such a loving and caring assistant name Carol always calls me back and make sure I get my meds.Even when they are close after 5pm makes sure the Dr calls it in after his surgery.i feel so blessed and not scared at all about having this painful surgery. I have had nothing but problems since Dr Masur did surgery on my hernia repair and the scarring is horrible. It’s been three years and still having issues. Very disappointed.

My first appt nothing happened since we didn't know what my insurance would pick up. I still had to pay my $65 co-pay. I asked Dr. Masur directly if I would have to pay it on my actual procedure date scheduled out. He assured me I would NOT have to. I was still billed another co-pay, called the office and collection department which fell on deaf ears even after appealing this. They're crooks and liars. Don't trust them.

Found Dr Masur and Advanced Surgical Associates after a poor experience with another surgeon (insurance and scheduling). The office was on top of everything, and Dr Masur was top notch. He answered questions, explained everything, and performed a perfect surgery. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

I had a great experience with Dr. Maser. He explained everything clearly both before and after my hernia surgery. He is easy to talk to and listens and you don't feel rushed. Great bedside manner.

Dr. Kevin Masur and Dr. Mathew Morini A+! Both took time to educate us on the surgery my husband needed, were kind/listened. We did not feel rushed in any way. He and his staff made arrangments for us to go directly from the clinic to the hospital where his partner Dr. Mathew Morini was ready to do the surgery - so amazing and appreciated! All staff so respectful, on top of all the needs that presented themselves, and had great communicatin skills and humor. Great Group of surgeons!
