Just a health factory and you are the widget
For someone just seeking routine and normal pap smears you will be fine. But anything past that you could be putting your health and well-being at risk. There is little to know dialogue. No follow through (I suffered for years with endometriosis - my pain was brushed off as normal for all women. When he finally went in on an unrelated issue he was forced to confront just how bad it was). He is a pleasant enough Dr. but a definite feeling you are on an assembly line and he is already on to the next widget as soon as he enters the room. Some on the staff can be abrasive and some opening hostile (a true sign that they are used to always being on the defensive over office practices). Be aware this is also one of the offices that charges a 'facility and or treatment room charge'. This was describe to me as basically me paying the rent for the office space they occupy.

Nice doctor not up on women’s vaginal issues
A great doctor just not up on complicated patients and doesn’t care to learn from them. For basic stuff he is great. Nice person

Mixed bag
Saw him several years ago. Unable to diagnose a certain painful condition I have; told him about it--"Oh, yeah."--and proceeded to touch it--ouch! On the plus side, pap was done with minimum of discomfort. Some of the staff not very friendly. He was fairly nice, just clueless about my issue, unfortunately.

Dr McComsey performed my uterine ablation 3 years ago. The procedure went really well. Easy recovery, fantastic result. I feel so much better. Dr McComsey was very professional and kind throughout the whole experience. I am so happy and feel so blessed to have had him perform my surgery. It's been 3 years and everything is still great! I highly recommend him. Thanks Dr McComsey!

Dr McComsey has the best bedside manner of any of my other doctors combined! He's kind, caring & truly just a good person. Not to mention a stupendous Dr! He delivered both of our daughters by cesarean and did beautifully!
