Didn’t have to wait long for my 1st appointment, all scheduling was done timely and proficiently, the surgery went very well, Dr. McHale is awesome and his staff as well!!!

Didn't treat us like idiots while explaining everything. We are very confident in this dr, his PA Robert, and his staff and highly recommend.

Mr. McHale obviously knows his stuff, can explain things in a way that makes sense, and doesn't push, he gives his recommendations and supports whatever decision you make enthusiastically.

I saw Dr. McHale for a knee injury. Staff was helpful and thorough. Dr. Mc Hale asked questions, explained and showed me the results of x-rays and made some recommendations for a treatment plan. He offered options for the future and was honest and kind in his manner. I was not rushed in any way and was asked if I had any questions for him. As a very active senior I had concerns for full recovery and he was reassuring did not dismiss my wanting to remain active while recovering. I would highly recommend!

Dr. McHale is a great listener and not opposed to answering questions to help me make a decision. He offered options for my choice. I never feel rushed. Definitely would recommend him to anyone requiring surgery or consultation

This was 4th in a series of visits for arthritis in shoulders. Xrays at beginning and this visit explained with other treatment options offered- very clear and thorough! Will continue with Dr. McHale and his assiciates!

Outstanding experience all around, from doctor to staff. I felt very comfortable being there and I was listened to, which is so important to me. The doctor was incredible and explained everything to me, including showing me pictures of my x-rays. I would HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone. They were all so professional, kind and even made me laugh. Dr. McHale and his staff, in my opinion, are the best of the best!

Dr McHale and the staff are amazing. Dr McHale takes the time to explain everything, listens to you and your concerns. Answers all questions in way you can understand.
